Eric and Mike go for a ride over gnarly singletrack - if you can call a trail with one hill gnarly. As their conversation progresses, there are insults aplenty. Their fighting ends with an accident of sorts.

Mike and his DailyMile friend, Kris, get together via hologram to discuss, among other things, Eric's lack of fitness. International peace is threatened when Mike begins questioning the manliness of his Australian guest.

That famous Chris, the guy who coaches Lance, shows up at Mike's old school the day after "Too Cold" is posted on BikeCarson.com. He presents the Kansas rider with the chance of a lifetime. Mike's response is surprising.

Mike's Defense

Mike, in his room the day after his incident in the cold, defends his character against a false assault by a devious film maker who created a CGI character who looked like him, but acted like a wimp. This rant is his defense...and his revenge.

Trainer Lesson

The war escalates. The Kansas riders are at it again. This time it is Eric writing the script, not Mike. The tables are turned as Eric, the hero, explains the difficulty of riding on a sissy trainer.

Too Cold

One Kansas rider tries to convince his friend to ride outside with him on a bitterly cold day. His buddy refuses, saying he will stay inside and ride on his trainer. The insults fly fast and furious afterwards.

Two bicycle riders from Kansas argue about which route their ride will take. Will it be the hillier straight road south or the curvier eastern route?
